Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy was last updated on October 22, 2026.

• Cancellations made after 5:00 pm the day before the service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 hour's service fee.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of service time: Full service fee for entire booking duration.
• For services estimated at 3 hours or more, if a visit ends earlier than planned, a minimum of 3 hours will still be billed.
